Who Am I






 



                                                           Who am I


   I am Jiro Yuri L. Altares from Mindoro Vigan City with the ambition of being a skilled architect. Since I was a child, I had the talent to draw at a early age. I was a joyous kid before, I loved both my parents with lots of affection. I was adored by my grandma and she would always spoil me before, that's why I thought that I should do my best so that she would spoil me more, I was so glad before, I really was.

 I am currently 14 years old now, life's been harsh lately, there's too much to do that I had no time for my personal needs, I rarely draw nowadays and was stressed all the time, I thought that I was not good enough, I thought that I had lost it all, I thought that I lost my ability to draw, a lot of things changed since then, I changed both physically and mentally, I then realized I was not the same person as I was before. I changed a lot they say however the truth is that a lot changed me.

    But I will never give up, because I know that I could achieve my dream. Nothing is impossible as long as I am dedicated to accomplish my ambitions that is why I dedicated my life to accomplish my dreams. Without looking back at my past mistakes, I would rather cherish what I did than to regret what I didn't did. Without further a do, I knew that I did my best and I am proud of what I have.   




 

I love playing my guitar and I love to read books that focuses in fantasy and sci-fi. I also love watching anime especially when the genre consist of dramatic and action aspects. Even thou i rarely draw nowadays, I tried to  draw realistic portraits recently and base on the outcomes of it, I am sure that I did great.  I also participated in Editorial Cartooning and luckily, I will be representing our school as a DSPC participant, I hope that I could advance towards the RSPC tournament as well. However I hate cuckoo birds and my one particular cousin.

My Experience and Accomplishments for the First Quarter of ICT

I learned a lot during my time in our ICT period, I was able to learn how to create and manage a blog account and publish a blogpost online. It was a fun experience since I was able to share my insights towards my teacher and classmates. I also learned about the timeline of the internet which is very amusing to discover. I thought that this quarter was a good start to me because I manage to pass all my requirements on time and had a decent score in our quiz and activities. I hope that I can achieve a decent grade this quarter so that I can fulfill their expectations in me and so that my efforts will be justified. When I was creating a blogpost, my number one problem is the slow signal which decreases the performance output of my laptop when I was doing it at home. I also had a problem in citing trustworthy sources since some are not accurate to what I am finding and will show unnecessary information.
